Bagalamukhi means "The Crane-Headed One". This bird is thought of as the essence of deceit. She rules magic for the suppression of an enemy's gossip. PRONUNCIATION:
The H is read as in English "hit" , lr is read as lr from English "already" then we have a long I, like "ee" in English addressee. The final m is pronounced with closed mouth, so it's a nasalized sound.
