The Creative Spiral is the path which each of us travels from awareness which is externally oriented to that which is inwardly sensed or known from the vast resources of our soul, the source of creation within us. Engaging in creative and shamanic practices facilitates our remembering how to allow creation to guide us toward:
Relaxation of stress as we learn to trust this source within, reclaim our innate imagination and creativity and realize our oneness with the seen and unseen which dwell within and around us,
Healing and wholeness for our bodies and our souls as we allow the creative source to flow freely and to nourish every cell the opening of previously blocked channels,
Remembering our soulʼs essence our authentic selves as it reveals itʼs energetic presence in our images and shamanic practices
Expanded consciousnessas we embody the spiritual dimensions within and without, which are always present to support and guide us.Remembering the visionary gifts which we are here to contribute to our planet at this time of such stress and disharmony
