What are the results we should aim to receive every single day?  Swami lovingly teaches us using a wonderful example today.

Great devotees knew the secret of spiritual surrender. Their worship was not tainted by any bargaining spirit. For those who bargain and crave for profit, reverence is equated with returns. They sell homage at so much per unit of satisfactory response. They are like paid servants, clamoring for wages, overtime allowance, bonus, etc. They calculate how much they are able to extract for the service rendered. Be on the other hand, a member of the family, a kinsman, a friend.  Feel that you are the Lord's own. Then, work will not tire. It will be done much better. It will yield more satisfaction. And what about the wages? The Master will maintain you in bliss!

Veliki poklonici razumiju svetost duhovne predaje. Njihovo bogopoštovanje nije zamrljano nikakvim pregovaračkim duhom. Jer oni koji pregovaraju i žude za profitom, poštivanje izjednačuju sa dobiti. Oni prodaju poštovanje za toliko ??? po jedinici zadovoljvajućeg odgovora ???.  Oni su kao plaćene sluge što galame za dnevnicama, prekovremenim dodatkom, premijom, itd. Oni računaju koliko su u stanju da izvuku za obavljeno služenje. Budi, s druge strane, član porodice, rođak, prijatelj. Imaj osjećaj da si Gospodov. Tada rad neće zamarati. Biće mnogo bolje obavljen. Donijeće više zadovoljstva. A šta s nadnicom? Gospodar će vas držati u blaženstvu.
