The Woman
You walk into our room and smell the scented candles
The fragrant was of roses and it made the air taste sweet
You let the air fill your longs and keep it in to savor the taste
But bitterness is all you feel
When you look upon your bed and all you see is an empty place
You burst to tears for the hundredth time that night
And curse the fate that made us go our separate ways
Yours was home and mine was death without a grave
We were just another pair that was not meant to be together forever
The night was long and rain poured hard
The windows shut, the doors unlocked and
A woman lying in a bed crying her eyes out
No night will be this long as no day after
Will be as bright as the days before this night began
The Man
While a sweet memory whispered in my head
I already knew I was dead
The smell of roses fills my head and calms my breath
But the sent is fading and my body's sleeping
I no longer hear the rain, the storm and screams of friends
The ocean has embraced me, in the waves, my life escapes me
Stare into my picture until I'm really there
Look into my eyes and press your lips upon mine
Wish me at your side until I finally arrive
Love me in the night, the dream is realer then
The Ocean
Death is life and life is death
Ages have passed but I have remained
Remembering all and forgetting all else
I offer forgiveness but have no regrets
