It’s finally winter. If you are in the southern hemisphere, you will receive this email as summer begins: we envy you only a little... and yet we are sensitive to the charm of the deep, cold winter season which invites us to reflect, to take care of our thoughts – exactly as we should care for our bodies – and to plan for the future.

And then there is December in Damanhur, with all its important events and experiences to share...

In a couple of days, we celebrate the Winter Solstice with the traditional ritual which each year brings hundreds of people rushing to Damanhur. We look forward to seeing everyone.

On New Year’s Eve, December 31st, we devote our attention to the place we love most -- the Temples of Humankind – to bring in the new year together: citizens, friends and guests creating together at Midnight Action!

And above all, like every year, we will live the magical epagomenoi days -- the days at the end of the solar year full of hope, rebirth and energy to launch new projects.

This year, we make a promise to ourselves: in a year we will be stronger, calmer, and more optimistic than we are today.
