VIDA PUST-ŠKRGULJA
Rođena je 1952. godine u Ljubljani (Slovenija); dipl. latinistkinja i povjesničarka umjetnosti, profesorica latinskog jezika i likovne umjetnosti na gimnaziji u Ivanić Gradu i Križu. Druga područja interesa: muzeologija i teorija baštine, priroda, ljudi i umjetnost, prevoditeljstvo, razni oblici kreativnog rada.
Haiku bilježi od 1986. na hrvatskom, slovenskom, engleskom i latinskom jeziku, objavljuje u zemlji i inozemstvu. Među osnivačima je međunarodnih haiku-susreta u Kloštar Ivaniću na kojima sudjeluje i kao ocjenjivačica za
sekciju haikua na engleskome jeziku. Među osnivačima je i udruga Tri rijeke - haiku pjesnici otoka Ivanića te Prijatelji baštine-Amici hereditatis iz Ivanić Grada.Za svoje haiku-pjesme nagrađivana je i pohvaljivana u zemlji i u inozemstvu. Objavljuje u časopisu Haiku, na internetu te u raznim relevantnim zbornicima. Sudjelovala je u izdanju prve dvojezične zbirke haikua autora iz Ivanić Grada Sedam prozora/ Seven Windows (2002).

Born in 1952 in Ljubljana, Slovenia, where she graduated in Latin and History of Art. Since 1990, she has been a grammar school teacher in Ivanić Grad and Križ, engaged in several professional activities and hobbies as well.
She has been writing haiku in several languages since 1986, publishing in Croatia, Slovenia and Japan and has received several awards. She was among the founders of the international haiku meetings in Kloštar Ivanić and a selector at the contest (English haiku division). She is also one of the founders of the haiku association Three Rivers, Ivanić Grad and of the association The Friends of Heritage-Amici Hereditatis, Ivanić Grad.
Her haiku have been published in the Croatian Haiku magazine, on the web and in some other relevant publications.
She participated in the first bilingual haiku collection of the authors from Ivanić Grad, published as Sedam prozora/Seven Windows in 2002.
