1. Kiša roska po
lokvi vode. Ne gazi
moje krugove!
The rain sprinkles
a puddle - don’t walk
over my circles!
2. Oblačna krpa
na polovici neba
briše vedrinu.
Cloudy rag
wiping serenity from
half of the sky.
3. Otpali đon u
parku. Raspriča se o
poljupcima tla.
In the park
an old sole is talking about
kisses of the ground.
4. Vjetar i prijatelj
profijukaše pored mene
oboje hladni.
The wind and a friend
flitted beside me
both of them cold.
5. U kapi rose
zora tiho ispire
sanjive oči.
In a dewdrop
the sunrise rinses
its dreamy eyes.
6. Hlad, balotaši
starac bućom izbija
sat dosade.
Bowling in the shade
old men are breaking
hours of boredom.
7. Žalosna vrba
radosno prigne granu
i pije vode.
A weeping willow
joyfully bows its hair
to drink water.
8. Ljuta hladnoća
ne da mi spoznavati
ljepotu zime.
The chill
is hiding from me
the beauty of winter.
