IVANKA GLOGOVIĆ-KLARIĆ
Rođena je 1939. godine u Opatiji, profesorica hrvatskog i engleskog jezika, živi u Opatiji. Od 1953. godine piše i povremeno objavljuje pjesme, priče i igre
za djecu. Radovi su joj tiskani u časopisima Galeb, Smib, Radost i antologijama poezije za djecu te čitankama za osnovnu školu. Neke su od njezinih priča i igara izvođene na HRT-u. Kao kolumnistica objavljivala u Novom listu tijekom dvanaest godina. Objavila ukupno trinaest naslova na čakavštini: devet knjiga priča i pjesama za djecu te četiri knjige za odrasle od čega je zbirka haikupoezije Kapljice mora/Sea droplests tiskana 2002. godine na književnom standardu, čakavskom narječju i engleskom jeziku. Više od pedeset njezinih pjesama uglazbljeno je i na dječjim je festivalima osvojila dvije prve nagrade za tekstove. Haiku piše dugi niz godina i objavljuje u časopisima i zbornicima te je uvrštena u nekoliko antologija. Born in 1939 in Opatija where she lives and until retirement, worked as a teacher of Croatian and English. Since 1953 she has publishes poetry, stories and games for children in the journals Galeb, Smib and Radost and anthologies of poetry for children and school textbooks for grammar schools. Some of her stories and games have been performed on Croatian TV and Radio programmes. She was the columnist of the newspaper Novi list for twelve years. She has published thirteen books in Tschakavian Dialect so far; nine for children and four for adults, a haiku collection Kapljice mora/Sea droplets published in 2002 being one of them. More than fifty of her poems for children have been set to music and she received two first awards for these text at Croatian Children’s Festivals as well. For many years now she has been writing haiku and several Croatian haiku periodicals and anthologies have published her haiku poetry. In 2001 the Town Council of Opatija granted her The Life Achievement Award.

ljubičice i jaglaci
zagrijali tržnicu.

violets and primroses

4. Podnevni zvon.
Sjena starog zvonika
vrlo je kratka.

5. Travanjski pljusak
zalijeva cvjetiće
njenog kišobrana.

6. Dolazi zima.
Na šumskoj stazi
gologlavi žir.

i mokra mačkica

i ribar u svom čamcu
plutaju niz rijeku.

9. Oblačna je noć.
Mačje oči na krovu
glume zvijezde.

Cat’s eyes on the roof

10. Zadnja pahulja
proljetnom je cvijetu

11. Na žalu račić
i usamljeno dijete
nasmrt preplašeni.

12. Lavor pun vode.
Igraju se ručice,
sunce i oblak.

Biserno jutro.
