u noćima
oči svjetionika
uvijek su budne
during nights
the eyes of the lighthouse
always awake
cipal u skoku
u litnjoj bonaci
buši misečinu
a mullet leaps
into the summer calm
piercing the moonlight
arćizuli*
pjani od vonja
u sarcu timie
daffodils
drunken with their scent
amidst the winter
u staklu jutra
izbodeni noćni san
na iglama borova
in morning radiance
on the pine needles
pricked is the night’s dream
na suhoj hridi
galeb kljuje grčeve
svojih krila
on a dry rock
a seagull is pecking
cramps from his wings
