ANA KUŠIĆ
Rođena je 10. lipnja 1935. u Humu Bistričkom kod Marije Bistrice, bibliotekarka u miru. Piše na hrvatskom standardu, kajkavskom narječju i esperantu. Bilježi haiku, senrju, fotohajge i haibune te objavljuje u časopisima i
zbornicima u hrvatskoj i Japanu, te časopisu Monato na esperantu. Godine 1996. objavila je dvojezičnu zbirku haikupoezije Igre bez igrački /Ludoj sem ludiloj na hrvatskom jeziku i esperantu.***
Born on June 10th 1935 in Hum Bistrički by Marija Bistrica, a retired librarian. She writes in standard Croatian, Kajkavian dialect and Esperanto. She publishes haiku, senryu, photo-haigas and haibuns in haiku magazines and the haiku collections of Samobor and Krapina’s Dubravko Ivančan Haiku Day gatherings of the haiku poets, the journal Monato in Esperanto and in Japan.

mačka s polovicom miša

On the doormat
the cat with half a mouse

6. Mašem jednom
odmahuju mi svi balkoni
posjet domu umirovljenika.
I waved to one
- waving back to me all the balconies -
the old folks’ home.
7. Premda pokisla,
bećarski naherene kukme
pjeva žuna.
Athough wet by rain
- a rakishly tufted skylark -
is singing.
8. Uštap na zalazu
izlazi iz jezera
praskozorje.
Full Moon waning
- arises from the lake -
the break of dawn.
9. Radni je dan
travu oko cintora
plijeve guske.
- Working day -
geese weeding the grass
around the churchyard.
10. Uporno pljucka
stalaktit po stalagmitu
i oba rastu.
Spitting stubbornly
stalactite onto stalagmite
yet both grow.
11. Iz sveg glasa,
iz pijančeva džepa
pjeva boca.
From its whole throat,
- out of the drunkard’s pocket -
the bottle is singing.
12. U mahovinu
okićenog bora
ljubimac zakapa kost.
Into the moss
